As exhibited in the past, there are times when we need to communicate information due to a last minute change or unexpected event, along with other announcements that require emphasis, and here is where that information will be posted.

Please help us keep in touch with you. If your address and/or phone number has changed since December of 2016, please fill out the enclosed Information Update Slip and place it in the offering basket, or give it to an Usher. Thank you!
Our Annual Men’s Day will be held on Sunday, October 22nd. The theme is “Being Confident Men of God,” taken from Deuteronomy 31:6. Our guest preacher will be the Reverend Marcus Stroud of the First African Baptist Temple of Hope in Sylvester, Georgia. Please stay tuned for further information from our Co‑Chairmen, Brother William Blackwell and Brother Roscell Hall.
Homecoming/Family and Friends Day has been rescheduled in conjunction with Harvest Day on Sunday, November 19th. Our guest preacher will be the Reverend Charles E. Nesbitt, Jr., Pastor of the Providence Baptist Church in College Park, Georgia. A delicious dinner and warm fellowship is being planned by Sister Linda Glover and the Committee. Pastor Johnson is asking all members to give a sacrificial offering to the Building Maintenance Fund.
Quarterly Advisory Council Meeting will be held on Monday, October 23"‘, at 7 P.M. All ministers, board members, and ministry leaders are expected to attend.
Minister Morgan and the Single Parent Ministry will present a 6-session Bible Study entitled “A Woman Who Doesn’t Quit: Five Habits From the Book of Ruth. ” The study will begin on Tuesday, October 24"‘ at 7 P.M. See Minister Morgan for further details.
The Healthcare Ministry would like to remind you that there is an ongoing Exercise Class every Saturday. We have Zumba on 2nd Saturdays. We would like to see more members take advantage of this great opportunity. Please see Sisters Sharion Smith, Angela Emory or Glenda Garbutt for more information.
The Health Care Ministry will be doing blood pressure check every Third Sunday, following morning worship in Music Office. You can direct your wellness questions to the Health Care Ministry, and they can be reached at email@example.com.
The Nursery is available for infants and toddlers up to four years of age. The Nursery is located upstairs in the multi-purpose building. Please see an usher for assistance.
